One of the biggest areas of veterinary medicine to leap forward in 2020 was virtual care. While no one could have anticipated how curbside care would play out, veterinarians learned by trial and error how to best adapt virtual care tools to their practice to deliver the best possible care, even in the midst of a pandemic.
